Untamed Holistic Wellness was created after I was told for the last time that I was too big, too loud, not enough, too much. I was tired of being told what my spiritual and physical practice needed to look like. So I created my own. With the help of some amazing mentors and teachers I rebranded and took a deep dive into what I love about all of my offerings, and how I could make it my own. Now I want to share that passion and knowledge with others so that they too can feel a little untamed.
Meet Althea
After being diagnosed with Thyroid cancer my whole world changed.There were some massive shifts and changes that needed to happen.
I spent a month in Guatemala and got to see beautiful community and connect with some amazing Shamans.
When I got home I made it my mission to bring accessible Reiki and yoga to people because so many people who I talked to thought they couldn't practice it at all. I am here to show you otherwise!

Untamed Holistic Wellness' Mission
My mission is to help students nurture their mind, body, and spirit by clearly and compassionately guiding them through Reiki, Tarot, and Yoga practices. I am a proud part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and it is vitally important to make everyone feel that there is space for them, and their unique selves are seen.
